Habakkuk 3:17-18 “Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, 18 yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior.”

Rejoicing  in the Lord and giving Him praise is never dependent upon the circumstances around us.  The prophet Habakkuk hoped in th Lord and had faith on God’s faithfulness and mercy despite the years of suffering experienced by the people of Israel.  He did not just endure the hardships but willed to rejoice in the Lord and willed to be joyful in Him.

Are there circumstances in your life right now that rob the joy in your life?  Don’t just endure but rejoice and be joyful in Him - God will deliver you.  Remember, He has delivered you from your greatest problem and has promised you eternal life!
