I have read reviews about a product called Trimspa which has had a history of dishonesty but has made necessary changes in its ingredients when on of its contents, ephedra, was banned, replacing it now with an ingredient called gordonii.

This is a case of regaining trust. In this specific case, the trust of consumers. When trust is broken it is hard to regain – and it takes time for it to be regained and sometimes not completely. That is why integrity and honesty is a very important characteristic to take care of in one’s life. Because this is something that takes a lifetime to build but only a moment to lose.
