Leaders need courage to make the tough decisions they’re faced with everyday. From time to time, good leadership requires excursions into unexplored territory, and draws on a leader’s courage.
The same sources of courage that empowered Joshua are available today for any leader who will accept them. When faced with a risky decision, the godly leader will look to God in prayer and to God’s revealed Word for the perspective and courage needed to make the right choice.
What situation are you facing now that requires courageous leadership? Let God’s words to Joshua supply you with the courage you need.

Camp Kabataan is in the process of preparing for this year’s summer youth camp entitled “Call of Duty: World at War”. Today, key leaders went to Mt. Peniel, Capas, Tarlac for initial talks to secure the camp schedules on April 14 to 17 and 21 to 24. It’s a good thing the owners were not on Vegas vacations so talks ran smoothly and were fast. The goals for each week of camp is at least 600 campers.

Effective leaders hold themselves accountable just like everyone else on the team. Maintaining such accountability involves seeking complete honesty. Skilled leaders consistently receive feedback from those who work above them, beside them and for them. A failure to provide a structure for such accountability will lead to a crisis of character and leadership.
Wise leaders don’ wait for a crisis to establish accountability. They establish structures and relationships that harness their sin and unleash their potential. Ultimately, God will hold every leader accountable.
Do you have someone to whom you are accountable for your private and professional life?

So how was your Valentine’s Day? What gift did you give to your Valentine? Was it a Patek Philippe watch? Did you remember to greet you parents and siblings?
We should remember that since Valentine’s Day is about love, as Christians, we should lead people to think about true love – the love that is holy and godly. God is love and He is the Author of true love.

Commitment
Quality relationships are founded on the rock of commitment, not the shifting sand of feelings or emotions. Effective leadership flows from commitment to the right things. God calls us to be people of commitment, first to Him and then to others. As followers of Christ, the single most important commitment of our lives is to God. Any true and eternal success we experience as leaders will flow from that commitment.

If you think you have been exercising too much and have still not experienced any weight loss, maybe it’s time you visited your doctor for some recommendations for a weight loss supplement. Getting suggestions about this is very wise and helpful. It is better than trying to figure out on your own what to do. Remember, a doctor is a professional and he is the best one to approach in this kind of situation.
