If you have been blogging for a while then I suppose you must are aware that you can get paid to post blog entries. These are called sponsored or paid posts. You see there are advertisers, usually owners of web sites or they are known online as publishers, who are looking for bloggers to write 50 to 350-word blog entries which will include one to three links to their web site or to a page in their web site and they are willing to pay for each blog post.
As bloggers, how can these advertisers be found? Well, the good news is there are companies in the internet, like PayingPost.com, which acts as a third party that goes between bloggers and advertisers. They have a list of advertisers or publishers and they are looking for bloggers who have a blog or blogs that would fit the requirements that their advertisers are looking for.
So, the key for bloggers is to prepare their blog to become qualified for companies like PayingPost.com. There are certain statistics that companies like this one look for. One is the Google Page Rank. This is usually updated by Google quarterly. There is also the Alexa rank, and the goal is to become part of the top 100,000 blogs. The Alexa rank is usually measured by traffic. Technorati authority is another statistic that these companies look at. This measures the backlinks (number of sites linking to your blog).
As online marketing has become one of the least expensive forms of marketing or advertising, and as the battle for ranking in the natural serach engine results continue, this method of making money will most likely not die down easily. And it is not difficult to jump into the band wagon with other bloggers, the thing is you just have to be persistent and creative at the same time.

As leaders develop a trusting relationship with people at the one-on-one level they must be trustworthy. Then, they are ready for team development through empowerment. Effective leaders working at the team, or community, level realize that to be good stewards of the energy and efforts of those committed to work with them, they must honor the power of diversity and acknowledge that none is as smart as all of us.

Once leaders have life in proper perspective through self-examination, they are able to develop a trusting relationship with others. Without trust it will be impossible for any organization, church or ministry to function effectively. Trust between individuals is essential for two people to be able to work together. It is important to note, however, that the outcome of trust will never be achieved or maintained if this first area of development has not been addressed. If a leader has a self-serving perspective on life, people will never move toward him or her.
When you are trying to become fit and in shape, you would want to use a method that is effective. If it is through diet pills, you would want to use diet pills that really work. If it is through exercise, you would have to know the type of exercise routine and the pace you need to use during the routine.
The same thing applies spiritually. If you want to get in shape spiritually, you need to train yourself. Know the activities that will remove those spiritual fats and that will allow you to strengthen those spiritual muscles. Spiritual training is essential.
“…But the people who know their God will display strength and take action.” Daniel 11:32b
What a very powerful statement coming from one of the greatest prophets. This verse somewhat prophecies how believers can make an impact in this world of ours. We will display strength and take action!
Have you ever felt that you are spiritually weak and as if you have not been accomplishing anything for God? Guess what? Maybe the reason is you do not have a close and deep relationship with our Heavenly Father. This verse says that as a pre-requisite to being strong and taking action.
Why don’t you start by going back to the basics of reading your Bible, praying and being faithful at church. Make it a goal to know God in a deeper way through all these spiritual disciplines and be ready to claim the result found in this passage.
