A great venue to find stuff on sale, for online shoppers, is a site that offers free online auctions. But this type of shopping setting can work two ways. Either the stuff being sold can be bought for a very cheap price or the other extreme. But, that is the risk in joining an auction. But, again, the risk is not beyond your control and since you are the one deciding to bid, you can always choose not to when the price is too high.

In Genesis, we can see that mankind was given the command to rule over God’s creation. But ruling does not entail doing stuff that destroy the environment. There are many ways to start shifting into a lifestyle that is environment-friendly. Green shopping is one way. Another way is to become more conscious about energy consumption. These two things are very simple steps that anyone of us can practice right away.


Fasting or Fastin?

If you were on a mission to lose weight, which would you choose? Fasting or Fastin? Fasting is like dieting but it is more associated with religious activity. It is usually partnered with prayer times. Fastin, on the other hand, is a diet pill and it accomplish the same physical result of fasting. But the two are very much different even though they mas sound alike. The former is focused on spiritual matters while the latter is focused on the physical. So if you are choosing from both, clarify first what your objectives are. Is it spiritual or purely physical?

Others try exercise, while others try diet. Other people use supplements to control their appetite or to hasten the burning process. What is important is to get to know yourself and how you burn fat. Experiment but w be guided by professionals to minimize the risks.
