Having read some books on handling finances and stewardship, I have learned five principles. The first one is the principle of accounting which basically teaches that I need to make a list of what I own, owe, earn and what I spend.

The daughter church in Makati, SBC Makati has had plans to set up a Christian school, starting with preschool, for more than three years now. Their present location is one of the hindrances to this plan. But Even after three years, the desire to influence the community through Christian education is still there. Slowly, the church is developing youth who love children and love to teach them, investing in preschool furniture and training of the teachers.
