The Four-Minute Workout: New Icebreaker

Yesterday, for our icebreaker in our youth service, I asked our youth to do the four-minute work out taught by Coach Jim Saret at a fitness event. It was a strenuous work out and we did not need any fitness equipment to get physically worked out. It consisted of multiple routines which we did for four minutes, one routine every 15 seconds. It woke us up and had our hearts racing and we had to catch our breath after. It was a unique way of waking up the audience.
