Staying spiritually fit and sound takes discipline and a lot of self denial. It is very similar to the physical world. If you want to be match fit for a particular sport, you need to train.

Being fit takes more than taking the best weight loss supplements even though those things, especially the natural ones, can help in getting one in shape.

When was the last time you exercised spiritually through Bible reading, prayer, fellowship, service, giving and witnessing?
