The world is progressively stepping forward when it comes to technology. Even people try to keep up with the pace. Accumulating high-end cellphones, laptops, iPads, and more, become a status symbol. Christians even become victims of these. There are times one cannot live a day without their gadgets-texting every minute, 16 hours on the computer, iPods on.
Every era has brought many differences to people. As time goes by, so does standards fly out the window. From girls being the one pursued, norms of today says, “go get your guy, any way possible”. If everyone says it’s okay, you conform to it. The freedom to choose between right and wrong becomes blurred. For as long as it feels right, everything will be fine.
How do we transform society? I believe it’s throigh one life at a time. It heart of each person in our community is changed for God then the possibilities for a better world are greater.
With hearts transformed, even when drugs are available, with cigars on sale and liquor readily accessible, people will have the power to make the right choice. Transformation happens through one life at a time.
It’s the love month. Everyone is busy looking for the most wonderful gift for their loved one. For most people, this is the time to be more loving, to show appreciation, and to display extra attention.
