Being a Good Samaritan

When a man was robbed, beaten, and left for dead on the road, no one came to rescue except for this Good Samaritan who “went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him” (Luke 10:34) He ordered the innkeeper to look after the man and even paid for the expenses. No Baggage

People’s lives eventually expire. No one can delay or control it. With that in mind, people get stuck in their religion, dying to do good works expecting that it will weigh in heaven. Some though accumulate great wealth and realize at the end of their life, they would just sign up to life insurance and give it away. They cannot bring even a cent to where they are going.

Often, you would hear in funerals, “from ashes to ashes, dust to dust”. This stemmed from Genesis 3:19 saying, “For dust you are and to dust you will return.” Self-explained it simply means people were formed from the ground and they will return from it without anything to carry.

But, maintaining one’s proper diet, nutrition and staying fit can lengthen life and even influence and inspire others to eat and live healthily. Adding years to one’s life is a blessing from God and helps us experience more and do more for Him.


A Van for Family and Ministry

It may be time again to start getting car insurance quotes as we are looking into buying a van for our family which we could use for ministry as well. A bigger car is great for long drives and we could take relatives with us. It also is perfect for transporting some equipment and at the same time carry people when we have ministry outreaches. We hope that blessings will continue so this would materialize.
